No warranty

This service is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular background-removal quality, that results will be acceptable for your use case (including official document/ID photo requirements), or that content will be preserved if your browser tab closes before you download a result.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Background Remover and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service, including from a rejected ID/passport photo or an unexpected quality issue in the processed result.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use this service to process images you don't have the right to use, or in any way that violates applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
